Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Items can be exchanged within 3 days for size issues or defects. Please remember to record a video while you unbox the intact product.
How long does delivery take?
Inside Dhaka: 2–3 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge 80 tk for delivery inside Dhaka. And 130 tk for delivery outside Dhaka, but once a customer purchases above 1500 tk, they are qualified for free delivery.
Do I have to pay the delivery charge first if I order something outside Dhaka?
Yes, for products outside Dhaka, recipients must pay the delivery charge of 130 TK first.
Are your products true to size?
Yes. Our T-shirts and drop shoulders are designed to fit true to size. Oversized items are clearly mentioned in the product description.
How do I choose my size?
Each product page includes a size chart. Currently, we stock M and L only.
What if I receive a damaged product?
If an item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost. (Please record a video while you unpack the product.)
