Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Rongon, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return, exchange, or refund in accordance with the following policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- Have all original tags and packaging intact.
- Be returned within 3 days of receiving the order.
Non-returnable items include:
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance.
- Intimate apparel (e.g., undergarments).
- Customized or personalized products.
Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 24 hours from the date of delivery. Requests made after this period will be taken to consideration.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Refunds may be provided as store credit / bank transfer / mobile banking depending on your preference. Please allow 24 hours for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, please contact our support team with your order details. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item requested is unavailable, we may issue store credit or a refund.
Please note that, this exchange policy only applicable if the following matches your condition:
– The product is unworn, unused & unwashed.
– The size doesn’t match the sized you ordered.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:

- Our team will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier service. (Within 7 days)
Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to personal preference (e.g., size issue, change of mind), customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
